By installing or using Pace ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pace monitors which apps are in the foreground on your Android device, tracks time spent against limits you set, and shows a blocking overlay or notification when those limits are reached. All functionality runs locally on your device. There is no account, no server, and no cloud component.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The App requests certain Android permissions (Usage Access, Display Over Other Apps, Notifications) that are necessary for its core features. You may revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings, though doing so will prevent the App from functioning correctly.
Pace is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. The App may fail to detect foreground activity in certain OS or OEM configurations. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Pace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or level of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The current Terms will always be available at this URL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
